Members & roles
Every club member has one of three roles:
- Admin - full access, including club settings, billing, and member management.
- Dispatcher - can log and edit flights, but can't change club settings or billing.
- Pilot - read-only access to their own flights; can't create or edit flights for others.
Admins add members two ways: Invite Existing User if the person already has a Prostagma account (just their username), or Create New Account for someone brand new - only their name and email are needed; they get an emailed link to set their own username and password, so nobody's password ever passes through a third party's hands.
The club owner's role can't be changed or removed from this list - ownership transfers aren't self-service yet, contact support if you need one.
