Instructor (FI) tracking

Every flight can carry an instructor separately from the pilot flying. FI shows up as its own column everywhere flights are listed, and if you're logged in as the instructor on a flight, it shows up in your own My Flights list too - with the actual student's name in the Pilot column and your name under FI, so it's clear which role you flew in.
