Deleting a flight

Admins and dispatchers can delete a flight from any state - planned, active, or completed. While a flight is still planned, a tow and its glider share one Delete button, since deleting one without the other wouldn't make sense before either has actually flown. Once a flight has departed, each leg is deleted independently.

Every delete asks for confirmation first - there's no undo.
