Reading Club Info (GET)

Endpoint: GET /api/club.php

Retrieves basic information about the active club, its settings, home airport, and subscription tier. The billing field (company details, tax ID, bank IBAN) is only included when the caller is a club admin - it comes back as null for dispatchers and pilots, matching how Billing Details is hidden from non-admins on the web.
